You can park your car at the bungalow. Most holiday bungalows have 2 parking spaces. We have additional parking available opposite the recycling station and at the park entrance. Parking on the grass is not allowed.
What happens to left-behind items?

If you happen to forget something when leaving, we will keep those items for a maximum of 3 months. For valuable items, we will contact you. For a fee, we can send the items to your address.

Dogs are allowed in some accommodations. Cats are not permitted. When using "Search and Book," you can indicate that you are bringing a dog, after which all available bungalows where dogs are allowed will be displayed.
A fee is charged per night and per dog, and there is an additional charge for the final cleaning.

There are no accommodations with special facilities for people with disabilities. However, there are a number of bungalows with a bedroom and bathroom downstairs.

No, it is not allowed to put a tent by the bungalows.

No, our bungalows are owned by private individuals and are therefore all unique. When booking, you can filter by certain amenities to find the bungalow that best suits your needs. If you can't decide, feel free to give us a call. We are happy to help.

Yes, there is Wi-Fi available in the bungalow. Our tourist guests can use it for free. From February 2026, the park will be fully equipped with fiber optic connections.

There are no communal charging stations available in the park yet. However, several houses do offer charging options:

Update: in the spring, 2 charging stations will be installed in the general parking area.
In addition, there are charging options in the village within a 10-minute walk at Mandehofplein and Ambachtsstraat.
Charging cars via a regular power outlet is not allowed.
In 'search and book,' you can indicate that you would like to rent a bungalow with a charging station.

The park has a paddling pool for children. This is an unheated pool about 40 cm deep. There is no supervision. This pool is only filled during the summer holidays.
Guests of the park can swim for free without limits in the outdoor swimming pool De Dobbe. The pool is open from the end of April to the beginning of September, and you will receive tickets for this when you check in. Click the link for current information on the De Dobbe swimming pool.

During the summer holidays, various activities are organized by our entertainment staff, mainly suitable for children up to around 12 years old.
From July 24 to August 7, Vakanz will be present at our park, providing the entertainment.

Some bungalows have a washing machine, and some have both a washing machine and dryer. If desired, you can indicate a preference for this when using the 'search and book' option.
In addition, next to our reception is the laundromat, which has a washing machine and dryer. Payment is made by card and detergent is automatically added.

Certainly, that is possible. When booking online through our "search & book" feature, you can reserve your favorite bungalow in Friesland with your preferred layout, location, facilities, etc., at no extra cost. If you have specific requests, you can also always call us; we are happy to explore the options with you.

Absolutely, you are also very welcome for a fun family or group weekend. From 5 bungalows onwards, we even offer a 15% discount on the bungalow rental. In addition, you can make use of our group room De Miente, for example, to enjoy a drink together.
The group discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

The bungalow will be ready for you from 3:00 PM. If you expect to arrive after 5:00 PM, we would appreciate a message beforehand.

If you arrive outside the reception opening hours, we can send you a code for a key safe. It is important, however, that the details of all guests and the license plates are filled in in your 'my environment', and that the travel amount has been fully paid.

Is someone staying overnight? If so, inform the reception and pay the required bed linen rental and tourist tax for them immediately. Please note, no more people may stay overnight than the number for which the holiday accommodation is suitable.

If availability allows, you can book a late check-out at our reception. There are several options:

Cancellation of the lease agreement by the tenant can only be made in writing, either by registered letter or by email, with the date of posting/receipt being considered the cancellation date.
The cancellation fee is as follows:
for cancellations up to 42 days before the start date, you only pay administrative costs of €37.50;
for cancellations between 41 and 29 days before the start date: 50% of the agreed price plus administrative costs of €37.50;
for cancellations 28 days or less before the start date: 100% of the agreed price.

If our availability allows, it is possible to change your reservation. The cost for this is €15.
If you want to move your booking to another period, any price difference will be charged. If you rebook to a cheaper period, no money will be refunded.

When you make a reservation through our website or at the reception, you will receive a confirmation email containing a payment link. You will also find our bank details in that email if you prefer to pay by bank transfer.

We apply the following payment schedules:
For reservations made more than 365 days before arrival, you pay 10% of the total amount within 7 days of booking. The rest of the total amount must be paid in two installments, 30% and 60%, no later than 42 days before arrival;
For reservations made less than 365 days before arrival, you pay 30% of the total amount within 7 days of booking. The rest of the total amount must be paid no later than 42 days before arrival;
For reservations made 14 days before arrival, you pay 100% within 2 days of booking;
For reservations made less than 7 days before arrival, you must pay 100% immediately after booking.

You will receive a payment reminder if we have not received the payment within the specified period. You can still transfer the amount. If you have already done so, everything is in order and you do not need to do anything further.
If you have not yet paid, please do so as soon as possible, otherwise we may cancel your reservation (subject to the applicable cancellation fees).

Cleaning, bed linen, and extras
Am I allowed to do the final cleaning myself before leaving?

The final cleaning is taken care of by our housekeeping staff. The costs for this final cleaning are already included in the total price of your stay.
Before departure, please take care of the following yourself:
Remove the bed linen, gather any kitchen towels and hand towels, place everything in a pillowcase, and put it in the hallway
Empty the dishwasher or ensure the dishes are washed and put away clean and dry in the cupboard
Clean the microwave if it has been used
Set the thermostat to 10 °C
Close windows and doors, turn off lights
Make sure the refrigerator is empty and clean, leaving the door slightly open
Empty the trash bins and take the garbage to the park's recycling center. There are separate bins for paper, glass, and general waste
Sweep the floors
If the bungalow has a (open) fireplace, empty the ash tray and clean the fireplace
Report any damages or missing items to the reception

Renting and using bed linen with us is mandatory and is already included in the total price. You can bring your own hand and kitchen towels, but these are also available for rent from us. If you wish to make use of this, it can be booked up to 1 day before arrival. To do this, go to your 'my environment' or call/email us.

In the (mandatory) bed linen package, you will find a fitted sheet, a pillowcase, and a duvet cover.
The towel package consists of 2 towels, and in the kitchen package, you will find a dishcloth and a tea towel. These packages can be booked separately.

Absolutely, we rent out cots (bedding can be booked separately or you can bring your own), high chairs, and playpens. These can be booked up to 1 day before arrival (subject to availability). You can do this through your 'my account' or by calling/emailing us.
